What size do I order?The T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are UNISEX. If you desire a more fitted fit, consider ordering a size down. Please read the product description prior to purchasing.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS?Our goal is to provide you with the best products. Our passion, love, and hearts are put into every single item we produce. We love each item and hope that you do too. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of the delivered date for exchange or store credit only. There will be no refunds. Returned item need to be in the same conditions you received it. It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Ingredient Me is not responsible for shipping cost on return items. You are responsible for the shipping cost on all return items. To start a return, you will need to contact Ingredient Me first. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted. Please feel free to contact us for any return questions. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we evaluate the issue and correct it if needed. Ingredient Me is not responsible for damages causes by USPS shipping. We cannot accept returns on sale items

SHIPPINGAll of Ingredient Me items are custom made and packaged with love. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping is 10- 15 business days. Shipping day is Thursday. All orders are shipped via USPS. Ingredient Me is not responsible for lost, mishandled, misplaced, or stolen orders. Contact USPS directly to report a claim for any orders that state delivered. Please verify your shipping address is correct before confirming your orders. Ingredient Me is not responsible for orders mailed to the incorrect address. If you move or change address, please notify Ingredient Me immediately to ensure your order is sent to the proper address. Please keep in mind that holidays, national crisis, and inclement weather may have an impact on the shipping time. Please contact Ingredient Me for any additional questions.
